Process questions

How long does a typical job take?

Most pieces take about 2 to 3 weeks once the fabric arrives. Larger and commercial jobs get a schedule up front.

Do I need to be home for pickup?

Someone needs to let us in, but it only takes a few minutes.

Is the price fixed?

You get a written price before work begins. If we find hidden damage once a piece is open, we call you before doing anything extra.

Can I see fabric before deciding?

Yes. We help you choose from the fabric and leather houses we work with, or you can supply your own.
