Living questions
Is it worth rebuilding my sofa instead of buying new?
If the frame is solid hardwood, usually yes. A rebuilt frame with new springs, foam and fabric often outlasts a new store-bought sofa. Send a picture and we’ll tell you honestly.
What’s included in a sofa rebuild?
We strip it to the frame, reglue and reinforce joints, re-tie or replace springs, add new foam and wrap, and upholster in your fabric. Cushions can be refilled or remade.
Can you change the style?
Often, yes: new arms, a tight back instead of loose cushions, tufting, welting, skirts or nailheads. Tell us what you have in mind.
Do you do dining chairs in sets?
Yes. Seats only, or seats and backs, in sets of any size.
